1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RihlaTransit. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Our Services

RihlaTransit provides the following transport and delivery services:

• Same Day Delivery — Collection in 60 minutes, delivered today
• Express Delivery — Urgent 2-4 hour priority handling
• Next Day Delivery — Guaranteed delivery by tomorrow
• Cargo Transport — Heavy and bulk cargo services
• Airport Transfers — To and from major UK airports
• Event Transport — Group transport for events

All services are subject to availability, distance, and vehicle capacity.

3. Booking & Payment

Booking

• Bookings can be made online, via our mobile app, by phone, or by email
• You must provide accurate pickup and delivery details
• All bookings are subject to confirmation by RihlaTransit
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking

Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Business accounts may be eligible for invoicing
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

4. Delivery Terms

Collection Times

• Same Day: Collection within 60 minutes of booking confirmation
• Express: Collection within 2-4 hours
• Next Day: Collection by end of business day

Delivery Times

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• We will notify you of any significant delays

Failed Delivery

• If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to contact them
• If delivery cannot be completed, we may return the parcel to you
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery

5. Prohibited Items

You must not send the following items:

• Illegal drugs and substances
• Firearms, weapons, and ammunition
• Explosives and fireworks
• Hazardous chemicals and toxic substances
• Flammable and combustible materials
• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit and illicit goods
• Human or animal remains
• Live animals (unless agreed in writing)
• Any item prohibited by UK law

RihlaTransit reserves the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited items. You may be liable for any resulting damages or legal costs.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• £100 per item for courier, parcel, and cargo services (or the declared value, if lower)
• The total value of the booking for passenger services

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties
• Damage to poorly packaged items
• Loss of items with insufficient insurance
• Consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, missed deadlines)

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation refunds are based on notice period:

• More than 48 hours: Full refund
• 24-48 hours: 75% refund
• 12-24 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund

8. User Accounts

When you create an account with us:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining your password security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One account per person or business

9. Intellectual Property

All content on RihlaTransit is owned by or licensed to us, including:

• Logo, brand name, and trademarks
• Website design and layout
• Text, images, and graphics
• Software and mobile application

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services:

• If you violate these Terms
• If you engage in fraudulent activity
• If required by law
• At our discretion, with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be:
