How much do I get paid?
10% of the job fee goes to RihlaTransit, plus 10p per mile. Everything else is yours. A £40 job over 20 miles pays you £34.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, straight to your bank account. Payment summaries are in the driver app.
Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes. Car, van, motorbike, or bicycle — all welcome. It needs to be road-legal and insured for courier work.
Do I need courier insurance?
Yes, if you're using a motor vehicle. You'll need hire & reward cover to legally carry goods for payment.
How long does approval take?
We review every application individually. You'll hear from us once it's been looked at.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. You see the fee, distance, and payout before accepting. Decline anything you don't want. No penalties, no minimum jobs.
What areas do you cover?
All around the UK. Availability depends on where you are and what vehicle you drive.
Can I work evenings and weekends?
Yes. We operate 24/7. Work when it suits you — mornings, evenings, weekends, or all of it.
