Fireworks, dynamite, gunpowder, and any explosive materials.
Toxic, corrosive, or radioactive substances.
Petrol, lighter fluid, and highly flammable liquids.
Any item known or suspected to be stolen.
Fake designer items, pirated media, and forgeries.
Unless specifically agreed in writing with appropriate documentation.
Except where explicitly agreed in writing (e.g., veterinary transport).
Damaged or loose lithium batteries may be prohibited.
Any item that is illegal under UK legislation.
3. Items With Restrictions
The following items may be transported but require prior approval and may have additional conditions:
Must be packaged safely. Liability may be limited.
Should be declared. Additional insurance may be required.
Must be clearly declared. We may refuse if not properly packaged.
Weight limits apply. Additional charges may be incurred.
4. Customer Declaration
By making a booking with RihlaTransit, you confirm and agree to the following:
I confirm that:
- I have accurately described the items being transported.
- My parcel, cargo, or goods do not contain any prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or restricted items.
- I understand that RihlaTransit may inspect packages if there is reasonable suspicion.
- I accept full responsibility for any losses, costs, delays, penalties, or legal action arising from false declarations or non-compliance with this policy.
- I will package all items safely and appropriately for transport.
5. Right to Inspect
RihlaTransit reserves the right to inspect any parcel, package, or cargo at any time, including before collection, during transit, or before delivery. This may include:

- ✅ X-ray or scanning where equipment is available
- ✅ Requesting additional information about the contents
If an item is found to be prohibited, we will:

6. Consequences of Non-Compliance
